With over two decades of legal experience, Ben Kingston brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to estate planning at Kingston Law. Established in 2014, our firm is dedicated to reimagining estate planning for modern families in Los Angeles.
Ben’s journey in law is rooted in his Midwestern upbringing and values. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, he graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. During his time at UNL, Ben excelled both academically and athletically. As a student-athlete on the University of Nebraska ‘Huskers Football team, he was a three-time letter winner and proud member of two National Championship teams (1995, 1997). His academic achievements include being named to the Dean’s Honor Roll, nominated for the GTE/CoSIDA Academic All-American, and selected for the First-Team Academic All-Big 12.
This balance of teamwork, discipline, and academic rigor laid the foundation for Ben’s approach to law: thorough, strategic, and always with the client’s best interests at heart.
