About Ben Kingston

Founder and Principal Attorney

With over two decades of legal experience, Ben Kingston brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to estate planning and business law at Kingston Law. Established in 2014, our firm is dedicated to reimagining estate planning for modern families in Los Angeles while providing comprehensive business and corporate legal services.

Ben’s approach to law is rooted in his Midwestern upbringing and values. After earning his Political Science and Philosophy degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law, Ben founded Kingston Law with a vision to make both estate planning and business law more accessible and relevant for today’s families and entrepreneurs.

Ben has developed innovative estate planning solutions that address contemporary challenges alongside strategic business counsel. His thorough understanding of complex estate structures and corporate formations has made him a trusted advisor for families and businesses throughout Southern California. Ben’s forward-thinking strategies help clients protect and manage digital assets, implement secure electronic document systems, and ensure seamless information transfer to beneficiaries in our increasingly digital world.

This commitment to thoughtful planning stems partly from Ben’s formative experiences, including his time with the University of Nebraska ‘Huskers Football team. As a three-time letter winner who contributed to two National Championship teams (1995, 1997) while maintaining academic excellence as First-Team Academic All-Big 12, Ben developed the discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking that now characterize his legal practice: thorough, strategic, and always with the client’s best interests at heart.

As a husband and father of two young boys, Ben truly understands the importance of proper estate planning from a personal perspective. This firsthand experience as a parent drives his commitment to helping families create comprehensive plans that protect what matters most, ensuring peace of mind for generations to come.
